Brigid Kamus, representing the Fable Hill Home Owners Association responded yes, some <br />residents have permission and structures are present. <br />Windisch asked Kamus what she meant by a playground "fitting of Fable Hill". Kamus cited <br />some examples of what was not desirable but generally agreed that what is typically found in <br />Hugo parks would be fitting. <br />Windisch reminded the Commission that the Parks Capital Improvement Plan would be <br />discussed at the next meeting. <br />III. Fable Hill Park Naming <br />Len Pratt, developer of Fable Hill is requesting the Fable Hill Park to be named after the <br />previous land owner, McCollar. <br />Parks Planner Shayla Denaway presented the naming policy and reviewed how parks have <br />been named in the past. <br />All Parks Commission members agreed to request City Staff to include reviewing the park <br />naming policy at the next meeting for possible changes. <br />Strub thanked Len Pratt for the request and efforts to preserve the community's history. <br />IV. Park Dedication Proposal from DianiCare <br />Parks Planner, Shayla Denaway updated on the Planning Commission meeting that was held <br />October 10, 2015. Dignicare Senior Living and Memory Care of Hugo proposed payment of <br />$76,800 in park dedication fees for their 32 unit development. <br />Rauschendorfer made a motion, Schmid seconded to accept the park dedication proposal for <br />Dignicare Senior Living and Memory Care of Hugo which included payment of the per unit fee to <br />total $76,800 for the 32 unit facility. <br />All Aye. <br />Motion Carried. <br />V. Upcoming Meeting Dates <br />The next Parks Commission meeting is on Veterans Day November 11. Staff is requesting to <br />move the meeting to December 2 and cancel the December 9 meeting. <br />All Commission members agreed. <br />The Annual Holiday Party will be held on Thursday December 10, 2015. <br />VI.
