Resolution 2016-10 <br /> Clearwater Cove 2"d Addition Final Plat and Development Agreement <br /> g) The developer shall enter into a development agreement, shall agree to complete all <br /> improvements, and pay all fees as required by the agreement. <br /> 13. Prior to the issuance of building permits: <br /> a) The developer shall file the final plat, development agreement, and associated <br /> documents with Washington County. Proof of recording shall be provided to the City. <br /> b) The developer shall submit three full sets of approved final plans to the City. <br /> c) Prior to issuance of a building permit for any lot within the existing FEMA 100-year <br /> floodplain, a CLOMR or other required approval, shall be obtained from FEMA for <br /> that lot,removing it and/or building site from the floodplain. <br /> d) If a sales trailer is located in the property, a site plan and building elevations shall be <br /> submitted for City review and approval. <br /> 14. Prior to Certificate of Occupancy for the 1St building: <br /> a) The entire length of Oneka Parkway, from CSAH 8 to the southwest corner of Lot 1, <br /> Block 1, along with the structure crossing Clearwater Creek, shall be constructed <br /> within the dedicated right-of-way as an urban section roadway to City Standard, with <br /> sidewalk and trail, with the first layer of bituminous. <br /> ADOPTED by the City Council on May 16, 2016. <br /> i <br /> Tom Weidt, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Michele Lindau, City Clerk <br />
