Resolution 2016-10 <br /> Clearwater Cove 2"d Addition Final Plat and Development Agreement <br /> g) The developer shall enter into a development agreement, shall agree to complete all <br /> improvements, and pay all fees as required by the agreement. <br /> 13. Prior to the issuance of building permits: <br /> a) The developer shall file the final plat, development agreement, and associated <br /> documents with Washington County. Proof of recording shall be provided to the City. <br /> b) The developer shall submit three full sets of approved final plans to the City. <br /> c) Prior to issuance of a building permit for any lot within the existing FEMA 100-year <br /> floodplain, a CLOMR or other required approval, shall be obtained from FEMA for <br /> that lot,removing it and/or building site from the floodplain. <br /> d) If a sales trailer is located in the property, a site plan and building elevations shall be <br /> submitted for City review and approval. <br /> 14.
