The final plat is consistent with the approved preliminary plat documents for Clearwater Cove 3rd <br />Addition, and the appropriate drainage/utility easements have been provided within the plat area. <br />2. The proposed easement vacation within Outlot Hof Clearwater Cove 15t Addition is necessary to <br />allow the platting of the new lots to occur. The Final Plat for Clearwater Cove 3rd Addition includes <br />the creation of Outlot A, which has a Drainage and Utility Easement over its entirety. <br />Development Agreement <br />1. There area number of development fees outlined within the City's Fee Schedule that will become <br />due as part of the final plat.
