If signage is proposed at a later <br /> date it shall be reviewed and approved by the City and a sign permit shall be <br /> issued. The sign shall be consistent with the development and the located shall be <br /> reviewed and approved by staff. <br /> Landscaping <br /> g. The developer shall revise the landscape plan to: <br /> 1) Show the proposed 33 units. <br /> 2) Indicate what trees on the north side of the property will be preserved. <br /> 3) Add additional landscape buffer on north property line. <br /> 4) Show the foundation planting for all home products. <br /> Miscellaneous <br /> h. The developer must obtain all necessary stormwater management and WCA <br /> permits from the City. <br /> i. The developer shall enter into a development agreement, shall agree to complete <br /> all improvements,and pay all fees required by the development. <br /> j. Staff will continue to work with the developer on the street lighting plan. Exact <br /> locations and light type shall be reviewed and approved by staff prior to <br /> installation. <br /> k. The developer shall provide copies of the development covenants/HOA <br /> documents for City review. A copy of the covenants/HOA documents shall be <br /> filed with the final plat. <br /> 11. Prior to issuance of building permits, the applicant must comply with the <br /> following conditions: <br /> a. The developer shall record the final plat, development agreement, and all <br /> associated documents with Washington County. Proof of recording shall be <br /> provided to the City. <br /> b. The developer shall submit three full sets of the final plans to the City. <br /> c. The developer's architectural control committee (ARC) shall review and approve <br /> all building designs for compliance with this resolution, prior to building permit <br /> submittal. A written copy of the ARC approval shall be submitted with the <br /> building permit application for each building. The City shall review the building <br />
