RESOLUTION 2016-19 <br /> APPROVING A PRELIMINARY PLAT AND FINAL PLAT FOR GARY <br /> MICHALSKI FOR"BALD EAGLE INDUSTRIAL PARK 6TH ADDITION" <br /> LOCATED NORTH OF 130TH STREET AND EAST OF FENWAY BOULEVARD <br /> i <br /> WHEREAS, Gary Michalski has requested approval of a preliminary plat and final plat to <br /> split a 9.42 acre parcel into two 4.71 acre parcels to be known as `Bald Eagle Industrial <br /> Park 6;' Addition" located north of 130'' Street and east of Fenway Boulevard and is <br /> legally described as follows: <br /> Lot 1, Blockl,Bald Eagle Industrial Park 4t'Addition <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said preliminary plat and <br /> recommends approval. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the <br /> preliminary plat and final plat to Gary Michalski for `Bald Eagle Industrial Park 6h <br /> Addition" subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. A preliminary plat and final plat is approved to allow the creation of 2 lots, in <br /> accordance with the plans received by the City on May 16, 2016 except as <br /> amended by this resolution. <br /> 2. The properties are subject to the General Industrial (I-3) district standards. No <br /> variances are granted or implied. <br /> 3. Any development shall comply with the comments in the Engineer's memo dated <br /> June 15,2016. <br /> 4. Park dedication is not required for industrial development. i <br /> Prior to issuance of a building permits: <br /> 5. A site plan shall be reviewed and approved by the Planning Commission and City <br /> Council. <br /> 6. All development fees shall be paid. <br /> 7. The applicant shall pay the City's Stormwater trunk fee for each lot. <br /> 8. The applicant shall pay the City's sewer and water trunk fees and SAC and WAC <br /> fees for each lot. <br /> i <br />
