Hugo City Council Meeting Minutes for September 6, 2016 <br />Page 4 of 6 <br />Approve Resolutions Declaring Costs, Ordering Preparation of Assessments, and Setting <br />Public Hearing for 14711 Street/Oneka Lake Boulevard Proiect <br />The City Council had ordered the 147th Street/Oneka Lake Boulevard street improvement project <br />on March 7, 2016, and awarded a construction contract to complete the project on July 2, 2016. <br />The improvements are substantially completed, and staff had recommended that the Council <br />move forward with the assessment process for the project. Adoption of the Consent Agenda <br />approved RESOLUTION 2016 — 25 A RESOLUTION DECLARING COSTS TO BE <br />ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENTS FOR THE <br />147TH STREET/ONEKA LAKE BOULEVARD STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT and <br />RESOLUTION 2016 — 26 CALLING FOR THE PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED <br />ASSESSMENT FOR THE 147TH STREET/ONEKA LAKE BOULEVARD STREET <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT. <br />Approve Resolution Approving PUD Amendment and Site Plan for Sprouts Pediatric <br />Dentistry at 14722 Victor Hugo Boulevard North <br />Finnegan Holdings, LLC had requested approval of a PUD amendment and site plan to construct <br />a 4,520 -square foot building for Sprouts Pediatric Dentistry on the property located at 14722 <br />Victor Hugo Boulevard. At its August 25, 2016 meeting, the Planning Commission considered <br />and held a public hearing on the PUD Amendment and Site Plan request and unanimously <br />recommended approval of the request to the City Council. Adoption of the Consent Agenda <br />approved RESOLUTION 2016-27 APPROVING A PUD AMENDMENT AND SITE PLAN <br />FOR FINNEGAN HOLDINGS, LLC FOR A COMMERCIAL BUILDING ON PROPERTY <br />LOCATED SOUTH OF FRENCHMAN ROAD (CSAR 8) AND WEST OF VICTOR HUGO <br />BOULEVARD NORTH. <br />Approve Resolution Approving Minor Subdivision and Variance for Lot Size for Dennis <br />Kelly at 10100170th Street North <br />Dennis Kelly had requested approval of a minor subdivision and variance on a 20 acre parcel <br />located at 10100 170th Street North. The minor subdivision will split the 20 acre parcel into a 15 <br />acre parcel and 5 acre parcel. The variance is for the size of the 5 acre parcel, where the <br />minimum lot size is 10 acres in the Agricultural (AG) zoning district. At its August 25, 2016, <br />meeting the Planning Commission considered and held a public hearing on the request and <br />unanimously recommended approval to the City Council. Adoption of the Consent Agenda <br />approved RESOLUTION 2016-29 APPROVING A VARIANCE FROM THE LOT SIZE <br />REQUIREMENTS IN THE AGRICULTURAL (AG) ZONING DISTRICT FOR DENNIS <br />KELLY ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 10100 170th STREET NORTH. <br />Approve Pay Request No. 1 from Peterson Companies for Beaver Ponds Stormwater Reuse <br />Proiect <br />Peterson Companies had submitted Pay Request No. 1 for work done to date on the Beaver <br />Ponds Stormwater Reuse Project. Staff has reviewed the Pay Request and finds it to be <br />satisfactory. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved Pay Request No. 1 to Peterson <br />
