Motion carried. <br />Yellow Ribbon Network Update <br />Council Member Chuck Haas and Council Member Phil Klein reported to Council on the Yellow <br />Ribbon Network activities held recently. Haas stated the new Yellow Ribbon banners along the <br />County road were appreciated. He shared photos from the golf outing, stating the Hugo Lions do <br />a lot for the community and the veterans. They invited everyone to Hamburger Night on August <br />24, 2106. <br />Ribbon Cutting for Washington County Pubfic Works North Shop on August 20, 2016 <br />City Administrator Bryan Bear informed Council they have been invited to attend the Ribbon <br />Cutting for the New Washington County Public Works north shop located at 11660 Myeron <br />Road North in Stillwater. The ribbon cutting will take place at 11:00 a.m. <br />Petryk made motion, Miron seconded, to schedule the Washington County Public Works North <br />Shop as a Council meeting on Saturday, August 20, 2016. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Midyear Budget Workshop on Monday, August 22, 2016 <br />City Administrator Bryan Bear reminded Council the Midyear Budget Workshop was scheduled <br />for Monday, August 22, 2016 at Hugo City Hall. <br />Northeast Metro Water Summit on Thursday, August 25, 2016 <br />City Administrator Bryan Bear reminded Council the Northeast Metro Water Summit was <br />scheduled for Thursday, August 25, 2016 at Hugo City Hall. The City will host a barbeque at <br />6:30 p.m. with the meeting beginning at 7 p.m. <br />Stillwater Area School District Tour Saturday, August 27, 2016 <br />City Administrator Bryan Bear informed Council that local leaders have been invited to tour the <br />Stillwater School District on Saturday, August 27, 2016 from 8-10 a.m. The tour will begin at the <br />Stillwater Area High School. The Council stated they are unable to attend. <br />Hugo Fire Department Open House on Saturday, October 1, 2016 <br />City Administrator Bryan Bear informed Council the Hugo Fire Department will hold their Open <br />House on Saturday, October 1, 2106 from 11 a.m. — 3 p.m. to celebrate Fire Prevention Week. <br />The event will include a 5K Fun Run and a Children's Trick -or -Treat Half -Mile Run that begin <br />and end at the Hugo Fire Department. <br />
