The following information was <br />received for review: <br />Construction Plans, prepared by The Foundation Architects and BKBM Engineers, dated July 8, <br />2016 <br />■ Hydrology Report prepared by BKBM Engineers, dated June 24, 2016 <br />Based on the review of the plans, we offer the following comments related to the application: <br />Grading, Drainage, and Utilities <br />The site was originally graded as part of the Victor Gardens South Village project in 2004. The site <br />was included with the overall drainage plans for the South Village project, and therefore the rate <br />control and NURP ponding standards have been met. The current rules require volume control <br />measures, which the applicant has included with their site plan. We are working with the applicant <br />to modify the design so that the requirements are met. We believe that the required modifications <br />can be made without major changes to the site plan, and are comfortable recommending approval <br />pending changes. <br />2. Drainage from the site will enter an existing storm sewer system constructed with Victor Gardens <br />South Village, which will route stormwater to the existing stormwater ponds. <br />Sanitary Sewer and Water Service was extended to the property as part of the Victor Gardens South <br />Village project. The plans include connecting to the existing utilities and extending them into the <br />new building. <br />4.
