RESOLUTION 2016 - <br />APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW A SHARED <br />DRIVEWAY FOR THE PROPERTIES GENERALY LOCATED NORTH OF <br />140TH STREET NORTH AND WEST OF KEYSTONE AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, Brigg Backer, 9052 14011' Street North, requested approval of a conditional <br />use permit to allow a shared driveway for the properties generally located north of 14011, <br />Street North and west of Keystone Avenue. <br />WHEREAS, the subject properties are legally described as follows: <br />(See attached) <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said conditional use permit at a duly <br />called public hearing on October 13, 2016, and recommends approval subject to the <br />conditions listed in the conditional use permit. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the <br />conditional use permit for a shared driveway on properties located generally located north <br />of 1401h Street North and west of Keystone Avenue subject to the following conditions; <br />1.
