1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br />The North Sunset Lake Area Street Improvement Project consists of roadway improvements on <br />Homestead Avenue North, 132"d Street North, Homestead Drive North, 1301 Street North, and <br />126th Street North. A map illustrating the project location is shown on Figure I in Appendix A. <br />Improvements throughout the project include bituminous pavement reclamation, minor subgrade <br />corrections, and minor drainage improvements, with grading and culvert replacement only as <br />necessary to address isolated drainage issues. <br />The cost of the street improvement project is estimated at $2,611,000. This includes a 10% <br />contingency and 25% indirect costs. Funding for the project will consist of special assessments, <br />City Street CIP Funds, and State Aid Funds. <br />The project schedule proposed includes construction beginning in May 2017, with final <br />completion by the fall of 2017. <br />This project is feasible, necessary, and cost-effective from an engineering standpoint and should <br />be constructed as proposed herein. <br />Feasibility Report <br />North Sunset Lake Area Street Improvement Project <br />City of Hugo, MN <br />WSB Project No. 1904-930 Page 1 <br />
