8. FEASIBILITY AND RECOMMENDATION <br />The North Sunset Lake Area Street Improvement Project consists of pavement improvements, <br />spot subgrade corrections, and minor drainage improvements. The estimated cost of the street <br />improvement project is $2,611,000. <br />Based on the information contained within this report, the proposed improvements as described <br />can be considered necessary, cost-effective, and feasible from an engineering perspective. WSB <br />& Associates, Inc. recommends construction of the proposed improvements as detailed in this <br />report.
