Hugo City Council Meeting Minutes for September 6, 2016 <br /> Page 5 of 6 <br /> Ponds Stormwater Reuse Project. Staff has reviewed the Pay Request and finds it to be <br /> satisfactory. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved Pay Request No. 1 to Peterson <br /> Companies in the amount of$125,655.07 for the Beaver Ponds Stormwater Reuse Project. <br /> Family Movie Night on Friday, September 9, 2016 <br /> City Administrator Bryan Bear informed Council that Family Movie Night will be held on <br /> Friday, September 9, 2016 at the Hanilf Fields Athletic Park. The movie showing will be <br /> Zootopia, and will begin at 7 p.m. <br /> McCollar Park Grand Opening on Saturday, September 10, 2016 <br /> City Administrator Bryan Bear reminded Council they had scheduled a meeting to attend the <br /> grand opening of McCollar Park for Saturday, September 10, 2016. The park is located at 4656 <br /> Fable Hill Parkway, and the event will take place at 10 a.m. <br /> Emergency Management Meeting on Thursday, September 15, 2016 <br /> City Administrator Bryan Bear informed council they were invited by the Washington County <br /> Sheriffs Office to attend the Minnesota Emergency Management/Elected Officials Roles and <br /> Responsibilities educational meeting on Thursday, September 15, 2016 at 7 p.m. in the Forest <br /> Lake City Center community room. The meeting will be approximately two hours long and <br /> focus on the specific roles and responsibilities of elected officials should a disaster occur. The <br /> Council will also be holding an Emergency Operations Center(EOC)table top exercise with the <br /> Hugo Fire Department on Monday, October 10, 2016. <br /> Weidt made motion, Haas seconded, to schedule a meeting for Thursday, September 15, 2016 to <br /> attend the Washington County Emergency Management meeting. <br /> All Ayes. Motion carried. <br /> Reschedule North Sunset Lake Street Meeting to Thursday, September 22, 2016 <br /> The Council had scheduled a neighborhood meeting to consider an improvement project for <br /> streets located around Sunset Lake. This meeting had been scheduled for Monday, September 12, <br /> 2016; however, due to a conflict, City Administrator Bryan Bear requested Council reschedule <br /> the meeting to Thursday, September 22, 2016. <br /> Weidt made motion, Miron seconded, to reschedule the neighborhood meeting to Thursday, <br /> September 22, 2016 at 7 p.m. <br /> All Ayes. Motion carried. <br /> Tour-de-Hugo on Saturday, September 24,2016 <br /> City Administrator Bryan Bear informed Council the Tour de Hugo bike event will be held on <br />
