Motion carried. <br /> Approval of the Minutes for the September 19, 2016 City Council Meeting <br /> Klein made motion, Miron seconded, to approve the minutes for the Hugo City Council meeting <br /> on September 19, 2106 as presented. <br /> All Ayes.
