H. I <br />RESOLUTION 2016 - <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS <br />AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE PROPOSED NORTH SUNSET LAKE AREA STREET <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, by a motion passed by the council on October 3, 2016, the city engineer was directed to prepare <br />a Feasibility Report related to the improvement of the North Sunset Lake Area Street Improvement Project. <br />WHEREAS, such feasibility report was received by the City Council at the November 7, 2016, regular City <br />Council meeting, and <br />WHEREAS, a motion of the City Council adopted on November 7, 2016, fixed a date for a Public Hearing <br />on the proposed improvements to be held on December 5, 2016, and <br />WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and the <br />hearing was held thereon on the 5a' day of December, 2016, at which time all persons desiring to be heard <br />were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HUGO, MINNESOTA: <br />Such improvements are necessary, cost-effective, and feasible as detailed in the feasibility report. <br />2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as outlined in the feasibility report adopted November 7, 2016. <br />WSB & Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement.
