Resolution 2016 - <br />Resolution Declaring Unpaid Utility Bills Be Placed on the Tax Rolls <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO, <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA, That the attached utility bills are <br />declared unpaid and that said bills be placed on the tax rolls as liens against the <br />properties identified therein and collected pursuant to the procedures outlined in <br />the municipal code. <br />Upon roll call, the following members voted AYE: <br />Upon roll call, the following members voted NAY: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 19th day of <br />December, 2016. <br />Tom Weidt, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Michele Lindau, City Clerk <br />
