MINUTES FOR THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL <br />CREDENTIALING AND BOARD OF CANVASS <br />MONDAY, NOVEMBER 14, 2016 <br />Prior to the Board of Canvass, the Council met in the Oneka Room at 4:45 p.m. to have their <br />photos taken and receive their credentials. Credentialing was done by Washington County <br />Emergency Management. <br />Call to Order <br />Mayor Weidt called the Board of Canvass to order at 5:07 p.m. <br />PRESENT: Haas, Klein, Miron, Petryk, Weidt <br />ABSENT: None <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Bryan Bear and City Clerk Michele Lindau <br />The Board of Canvass was held to allow Council to canvass the election results for the 2016 <br />Municipal Election held on November 8, 2016. The results were as follows: <br />MAYOR <br />Tom Weidt 5,867 <br />Write-ins 138 <br />COUNCIL AT LARGE <br />Mike Miron 5,827 <br />Write-ins 86 <br />COUNCIL WARD 2 <br />Phil Klein 1,890 <br />Write-ins 20 <br />Petryk made motion, Klein seconded, to approve RESOLUTION 2016-37 CANVASSING <br />YEAR 2016 ELECTION RESULTS. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Adjournment <br />Haas made motion, Weidt seconded, to adjourn at 5:16 p.m. <br />All Ayes.
