Meeting Rooms Available For Rental The City of Hugo has two meeting rooms available for rental: Oneka Room at City Hall and the Rice Lake Centre at the Public Works facility.The rooms can be used for meetings,corporate events,parties,or even a small wedding. The rental fee is$100 for Hugo residents and$200 for non-residents;each room seats 90-100 people. Chairs and tables are provided;any additional equipment or furniture is the responsibility of the renter. Interested individuals or groups must fill out an application,sign a rental agreement, and pay a key and damage deposit.
