He takes over the term of departing EDA <br /> member Nick Skarich who resigned in June due to job reloca- <br /> tion. <br /> Thistle, who moved to Hugo last year, works in the High- <br /> x land Park office of Edina Realty. He and his wife,Lisa,are new <br /> parents to their son, Carter.
