City Projects Update <br /> The City of Hugo is anticipating a record year for residential building permits in 2005. Over 100 permits <br /> have been issued so far this year—that compares to slightly more than 200 issued in each of the past <br /> two years. The City also had more than 20 homes featured in this year's Parade of Homes.
