CITY PROJECT UPDATE4410 <br /> from City Engineer Dave Mitchell <br /> Production <br /> The pump house for Well No. 3 is substantially complete, and the City <br /> began pumping water into the distribution system. This is a major mile- SANTA COMING <br /> stone for meeting the needs of the City's water users and will provide Hugo TO HUGO FOR <br /> with a level of comfort next year as we move into the warmer temperatures <br /> of summer. TOYS FOR TOTS <br /> Drilling of Well No. 4 will begin in the next few months. The City Council DRIVE <br /> will consider bids for this project in December to select the contractor for <br /> drilling the well. The site of the new well will be southwest of the Post As part of it's annual "Toys <br /> Office just off the north end of Flay Avenue and will minimize the need for for Tots" drive, the Hugo <br /> water main improvements. Well No. 4 will provide backup to the City's Fire Department and the <br /> current system and provide service to the anticipated development expected Hugo Fireflies have arranged <br /> next summer and fall.
