Tom Weidt agreed to <br />serve another year on the Board as the City Council Representative. Adoption of Consent <br />Agenda approved reappointment of Tom Weidt as the City Council representative to serve on the <br />Board of Zoning Appeals and Adjustments for another one-year term. <br />Approve Appointment of Tom Weidt as Chair of the Board of Zoning Adiustments <br />Annually, Council approves appointment of Chair of the Board of Zoning Appeals and <br />Adjustments. Adoption of Consent Agenda approved reappointment of Board Member Tom <br />Weidt as Chair of the Board of Zoning Appeals and Adjustments. <br />Approve Animal Control Service Contracts with Companion Animal Control and Otter <br />Lake Animal Hospital for 2017 <br />Since July 2013, Companion Animal Control and Otter Lake Animal Hospital had been <br />providing animal control services to the City. Adoption of Consent Agenda approved <br />continuation of the current contract with Companion Animal Control and an amended contract <br />with Otter Lake Animal Hospital reflecting a change to the rate schedule. <br />Approve Reduction in the Letter of Credit for DR Horton Clear Water Cove Phase 1, 2 <br />and 3 Developments <br />Developer DR Horton had requested the City reduce the letter of credits being held for the Clear <br />Water Cove Phase 1, 2, and 3 Developments. Senior Engineering Technician Steve Duff had <br />inspected the work and recommended approval of the reductions. Adoption of Consent Agenda <br />approved the letter of credit being held for the Clear Water Cove Phase Development be <br />reduced to $292,112.73 (12.38% of the original letter of credit $2,358,574.38), Clear Water Cove <br />Phase 2 Development be reduced to $44,383.60 (10% of the original letter of credit <br />$443,836.00), and the Clear Water Cove Phase 3 Development be reduced to $44,482.80 (10% <br />of the original letter of credit $444,482.80). <br />Approve Lawful Gambling Exempt Permit for Pheasants Forever Event at Sal's Angus <br />Grill <br />Washington County Pheasants Forever had submitted an application for a lawful gambling <br />exempt permit to conduct a raffle at their banquet on February 20, 2017 at Sal's Angus Grill. <br />Adoption of Consent Agenda approved the Lawful Gambling Exempt Permit for Pheasants <br />Forever. <br />
