Capital Campaign Planning -Hugo Good Neighbors Food Shelf
• Our current plans are to secure our first $50,000
as quickly as possible, and up to $100,000 in our
first 12 months.
• This goal would cut our building expense in half
by the time we end our first year in the new
building.
• We have identified (6) categories in which we
are going to secure a majority of our building
fund donations from.
• Each category has a team leader, along with
action plans in which we are going to deploy our
requests.
• We currently have a gift range document
prepared with several different participation
levels.
• We have also created a sponsorship package for
the local businesses to partner with us by
sponsoring strategic portions of the facility that
they will be prominently recognized in.
• The Hugo Good Neighbors Food Shelf is a 100%
volunteer, non profit organization, that serves 100-150
households per month with essential access to food in
times of emergency and/or financial difficulty.
• The needs of the community have out grown our facility,
and we need your help in raising $200,000 to build a
new facility without interrupting our normal operating
budget.
