CITY OF HUGO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 2016 - <br />FOR PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON STATE AID PROJECT NO. 224-104-003 ON 147TH <br />STREET AND ONEKA LAKE BOULEVARD FROM FOXHILL AVENUE NORTH TO <br />GOODVIEW AVENUE NORTH <br />WHEREAS, the City of Hugo has planned improvements for 147 Street North/Oneka Lake <br />Boulevard east of Foxhill Avenue North and west of Goodview Avenue North; and <br />WHEREAS, these improvements do not provide adequate width for parking on both sides <br />of the street; and approval of the proposed construction as a State Aid street project must therefore <br />be conditioned upon certain restrictions; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the City of Hugo, <br />Minnesota, hereby ban the parking of motor vehicles on one side at all times. <br />Passed and Adopted by the Council on this 16th day of May, 2016 <br />Tom Weidt, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Michele Lindau, City Clerk <br />
