Miscellaneous. a. LDC Disputes. ANCSGI shall be solely responsible for resolving any dispute with LDC regarding the production of energy by the Facility. Subscriber shall be solely responsible for resolving any dispute with LDC regarding the calculation of the Bill Credit Rate. b. Notices. i. All notices and other formal communications which any Party may give to another under or in connection with this Agreement shall be in writing (except where expressly provided for otherwise), shall be deemed delivered upon mailing, deposit with a courier for hand delivery, or electronic transmission, and shall be sent by any of the following methods: hand delivery; reputable overnight courier; certified mail, return receipt requested; or email transmission. ii. Severability.
