investigations into any breach in the security of private or confidential data on individuals or <br />other not public data that may have occurred in connection with ANCSGI's access to or use of <br />the data; and (D) fully cooperate with the Subscriber in fulfilling the notice and reporting <br />requirements of Minnesota Statutes, section 13.055. The penalties in Minnesota Statutes, section <br />13.09 governing unauthorized acquisition of not public data apply to ANCSGI and ANCSGI <br />employees and agents. If ANCSGI is permitted to use a subcontractor to perform ANCSGI's <br />work under this Agreement, ANCSGI shall incorporate these data practices provisions into the <br />subcontract. <br />The remainder of this page is intentionally blank <br />iii. If ANCSGI receives a request to release data referred to in this <br />section, ANCSGI must immediately notify the Subscriber.
