Exhibit 1 to <br />Solar*Rewards Community Subscriber Agency Agreement and Consent Form <br />Data Privacy Policies of Northern States Power Company Pertaining to the Solar*Rewards <br />Community Program <br />The data privacy policies of Northern States Power Company pertaining to the <br />Solar*Rewards Community Program are as follows and may be changed from time to time as <br />filed in the Company's tariff or as otherwise may be authorized by the Minnesota Public Utilities <br />Commission ("MPUC"): <br />Definitions <br />Unless indicated otherwise, the same definition and neaning of terms in this document <br />are the same as contained in the Standard Contract for Solar*Rewards Community. For ease of <br />reference, here are some of the specific definitions: <br />"Company" means Northern States Power Company, a Minnesota Corporation, and its <br />affiliates and agents. <br />"Subscribed Energy" means electricity generated by the PV System attributable to the <br />Subscribers' Subscriptions and delivered to the Company at the Production Meter on or after the <br />Date of Commercial Operation. <br />"Subscriber" means a retail customer of the Company who owns one or more <br />Subscriptions of a community solar garden interconnected with the Company. <br />"Subscriber's Account Information" consists of the Subscriber's name, account number, <br />service address, telephone number, email address, web site URL, information on Subscriber <br />participation in other distributed generation serving the premises of the Subscriber, and <br />Subscriber specific Sill Credit(s). <br />"Subscriber's Energy Usage Data" includes the past, present and future electricity usage <br />attributable to the Subscriber for the service address and account number identified for <br />participation in the Community Solar Garden. <br />18 <br />
