• Production data related to the PV system <br />• Bill Credit Rate and total amount of Bill Credits applied to the PV System <br />• Any other information pertaining to the Subscriber's Subscription <br />Other information regarding the Community Solar Garden Operator known to the <br />Company will not be disclosed unless the Subscriber obtains prior explicit informed consent <br />from the Community Solar Garden Operator or unless directed to do so by the MPUC or <br />Minnesota Department of Commerce or compelled by law or regulation. <br />b. Information Available from the Community Solar Garden Operator <br />Subscribers and prospective subscribers can contact the Community Solar Garden <br />Operator to obtain the following information: <br />• Future costs and benefits of the Subscription, including: <br />All nonrecurring (i.e., one-time) charges; <br />ii. All recurring charges; <br />iii. Terms and conditions of service; <br />iv. Whether any charges may increase during the course of service, and if so, <br />how much advance notice is provided to the Subscriber; <br />V. Whether the Subscriber may be required to sign a term contract; <br />vi. Terms and conditions for early termination; <br />vii. Any penalties that the Community Solar Garden may charge to the <br />Subscriber; <br />viii. The process for unsubscribing and any associated costs; <br />ix. An explanation of the Subscriber data the Community Solar Garden <br />Operator will share with Northern States Power Company and that <br />Northern States Power Company will share with the Community Solar <br />Garden Operator; <br />X. The data privacy policies of Northern States Power Company and of the <br />Community Solar Garden Operator; <br />xi. The method of providing notice to Subscribers when the Community Solar <br />Garden is out of service, including notice of estimated length and loss of <br />production; <br />22 <br />
