Resolution 2016 - <br />Clearwater Cove 2"d Addition Final Plat and Development .agreement <br />9. Each home shall include a minimum of 2 parking spaces within the driveway. The <br />driveway widths shall be a maximum of 24 feet at the right of way line. <br />10. Building Setback for this addition on the PUD are as follows: <br />Minimum Setbacks <br />Front <br />25 feet <br />Front (Lots 7-12, Blk 1 and <br />Lots 1-6, Blk 2) <br />35 feet <br />Side <br />7.5 feet <br />Rear <br />30 feet <br />11. Prior to commencement of any grading: <br />a) The developer shall obtain any necessary permits from FEMA for filling the <br />floodplain. <br />b) The developer shall obtain all necessary local, state, and federal pen -nits. <br />c) The developer shall obtain all necessary stormwater management and wetland <br />conservation act (WCA) permits from the City <br />12. Prior to recording the final plat: <br />a) The final plat shall be revised to include the adjacent property lines in the underlying plat. <br />b) The stormwater re -use system design shall be reviewed and approved by staff. The <br />stormwater re -use operation and maintenance agreement shall be approved by the <br />City. <br />c) A permit shall be issued by Washington County for the connection to CSAH 8 for the <br />construction of Oneka Parkway. <br />d) The developer shall submit a street lighting plan for this phase and for along Oneka <br />Parkway. The lights along Oneka Parkway shall match the existing lights along the <br />parkway north of CSAH 8. The plan shall be reviewed and approved by the City <br />e) The developer shall submit full construction details, including grading and utilities, <br />for Oneka Parkway and the structure crossing Clearwater Creek for review and <br />approval by City staff. <br />f) The developer shall provide copies of the property owners association <br />documents/covenants for City review. A copy of the document shall be filed for <br />recording with the final plat. <br />
