DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: <br />The applicants are requesting approval of a property line adjustment for properties located west <br />of Homestead Avenue and north of 132nd Street. Parcel A is 13.10 acres and Parcel B is 29.89 <br />acres in size; containing a single family home with outbuildings. The applicants are proposing to <br />adjust the common property line between the properties. This action will result in Parcel A <br />totaling 31.02 acres and Parcel B totaling 11.93 acres in size. <br />2. ANALYSIS: <br />Section 90-339 of the City's Comprehensive Land Use Regulations states that, "where adjacent <br />property owners desire to adjust their mutual lot line without creating a new parcel or lot of <br />record, they may request a property line adjustment." Subd. (2) of this section further states that, <br />"where the adjustment of the property line between two properties retains or causes both <br />properties to be in conformance with the City's Comprehensive Land Use Regulation, the Zoning <br />
