Property Line Adjustment for properties located <br />west of Homestead Avenue and north of 132nd Street. <br />DATE: March 16, 2017 for the City Council Meeting of April 3, 2017 <br />REVIEW DEADLINE: May 2, 2017 <br />ZONING: Rural Residential (RR) <br />LAND USE: Large Lot Residential (LL) <br />1. DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: <br />The applicants are requesting approval of a property line adjustment for properties located west <br />of Homestead Avenue and north of 132nd Street. Parcel A is 13.10 acres and Parcel B is 29.89 <br />acres in size; containing a single family home with outbuildings. The applicants are proposing to <br />adjust the common property line between the properties. This action will result in Parcel A <br />totaling 31.02 acres and Parcel B totaling 11.93 acres in size. <br />2. ANALYSIS: <br />Section 90-339 of the City's Comprehensive Land Use Regulations states that, "where adjacent <br />property owners desire to adjust their mutual lot line without creating a new parcel or lot of <br />record, they may request a property line adjustment." Subd.
