MINUTES FOR THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL <br /> 2040 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OPEN HOUSE <br /> WEDNESDAY, APRIL 19, 2017 <br /> CITY HALL ONEKA ROOM <br /> PRESENT: Klein, Petryk, Miron, Weidt <br /> ABSENT: Haas <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Landform Planner Kendra Lindahl, Landform Planner Mary Matze, City <br /> Administrator Bryan Bear, City Clerk Michele Lindau, City Engineer Mark Erichson, Planner <br /> Rachel Juba, Community Development Assistant Rachel Leitz, and Parks Planner Shayla <br /> Denaway. <br /> The meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm by Mayor Weidt. <br /> The open house was held for the purpose of providing information on the Comprehensive Plan <br /> and soliciting comments from residents and property owners. A presentation was made by Juba <br /> outlining the Comprehensive Plan process and what type of comments the City was looking for <br /> from the residents. There were approximately 130 people that attended. At the open house, <br /> existing plans for the City were showcased and followed by surveys completed focusing on <br /> Hugo's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. <br /> The meeting adjourned at approximately 9:00 pm. <br /> Respectfully Submitted, <br /> Michele Lindau <br /> City Clerk <br />
