Motion carried. <br /> Approval of the Consent Agenda <br /> Klein made motion, Miron seconded, to approve the following Consent Agenda items. <br /> 1. Approval of Claims <br /> 2. Approve Letter of Intent to RCWD for Met Council Stormwater Grant <br /> 3. Approve Property Line Adjustment at 7416 132nd Street North - Stedt <br /> 4. Approve Minor Subdivision and CUP at 13561 Homestead Avenue North - Carlson <br /> 5. Approve Special Event Permit for Blacksmith Lounge 2017 Events <br /> 6. Approve Special Event Permit for Oneka Elementary Color Run on May 6, 2017 <br /> 7. Approve Replacement of Public Works Parks Mower <br /> All Ayes. Motion carried. <br /> Approval of Claims <br /> Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Claims Roster as presented. <br /> Approve Letter of Intent to RCWD for Met Council Stormwater Grant <br /> The City is working with the Rice Creek Watershed District in applying for a stormwater grant <br /> for the CSAH8 water reuse project. The Metropolitan Council Stormwater Grant will provide <br /> partial funding for the project, however the Rice Creek Watershed District must be the applicant <br /> and apply for the funds. The Met Council will provide 75% of the cost and the City will provide <br /> the remaining 25%, except the RCWD may provide cost-share. Adoption of the Consent Agenda <br /> approved a letter of intent from the City as a precondition of the RCWD's application to the Met <br /> Council for the Stormwater Grant. <br /> Approve Property Line Adiustment at 7416132nd Street North—Stedt <br /> Dean and Rosalie Stedt had requested approval of a property line adjustment for properties <br /> located west of Homestead Avenue and north of 132nd Street. Parcel A is 13.10 acres and <br /> Parcel B is 29.89 acres in size, containing a single family home with outbuildings. The applicants <br /> requested to adjust the common property line between the properties. This action would result in <br /> Parcel A totaling 31.02 acres and Parcel B totaling 11.93 acres in size. Staff found that both <br /> properties conformed to all applicable regulations in the City Code with the adjustment of the <br /> property line. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved RESOLUTION 2017- 5 <br /> APPROVING A PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR DEAN AND ROSALIE STEDT <br /> FOR PROPERTIES LOCATED WEST OF HOMESTEAD AVENUE AND NORTH OF <br /> 132ND STREET. <br />
