City of Hugo <br />Western Spring Mfgr — Site Plan Application <br />March 17, 2017 <br />Page 2of2 <br />The development includes a 36,854 sq. ft. slab on grade structure with finished office space of 3,014 <br />sq. ft. and a storage mezzanine above, consisting of 2,960 sq. ft. The building design features <br />exposed aggregate precast panels (samples included), structural steel roof frame. <br />Pedestrian and employee parking is directed to the northern main entrance on the site, with all truck <br />traffic directed to the south portion on the site, 2 ea. dock height, dock doors are located on the <br />south for truck docking. All trash, refuge and recycling will be stored inside the building. <br />We are submitting this application in anticipation of being on the following regularly scheduled City <br />Agendas: <br />Planning Commission April 27, 2017 <br />City Council Meeting May 15, 2017 <br />We intend to break ground in late Spring or Early Summer, with Completion of the development by <br />the end of the year, 2017.
