A joint application was received for a boundary and type approval on December 19, 2014. The wetland
delineation for this parcel was completed on October 14, 2014. A previous delineation from 2005 identified
additional wetland areas not found in the 2014 delineation.
Due to the complexity of the site and the fact that the field review would have to be completed outside of the
growing season, the application was deferred until spring, and was deemed complete on April 30, 2015.
A field review was completed on May 14, 2015. Based on the field review the boundary for wetland 2 was
expanded in multiple locations (Wetland 2, Figure 6, 06125115 Wetland Delineation Report) to include areas
that exhibited vegetative, soils, and hydrologic indicators.
Two additional wetlands (wetlands 3 and 4) were identified in an open field on the south/southwest portion of
the parcel based on soils. Hydrology and vegetative indicators were no longer present in this area based on
agricultural practices (plowing and planting).
A total of four (4) wetlands were identified on the site. The boundaries and types identified for this parcel
and discussed in the 06/25/15 Wetland Delineation Report submitted by Ben Carlson, Kjolhaug
Environmental Services Company, are approved.
For Replacement Plans using credits from the State Wetland Bank:
Bank Account #
Bank Service Area
County
Credits Approved for Withdrawal
(sq. ft. or nearest .01 acre)
Replacement Plan Approval Conditions.
