Adelaide Landing Residential Development <br />Traffic Impact Analysis <br />1/31/2017 <br />Due to the heavy vehicular traffic volumes along TH 61, it is recommended that pedestrian <br />crossings remain only at signalized intersections. Of the study area intersections, both TH <br />61 at 130th and 140th Streets are signalized. Both intersections have marked crosswalks and <br />pedestrian indications that serve people walking or biking across TH 61. <br />Without signalization at TH 61 and 134th Street or at 137th Street, pedestrians and bicyclists <br />would have difficulty finding adequate gaps to cross TH 61 during a.m. or p.m. peak hours. <br />Therefore, pedestrians and bicyclists from these streets would likely choose to cross TH 61 <br />at 130th Street or 140th Street. <br />27 Westwood <br />
