Lot Survey Checklist <br />1. House style consistent w/grading plan. <br />2. W/O if allowed on the lots at an elevation no lower than on grading plan. Show garage and basement floor elevations. <br />3. Setbacks in accordance with ARC Guidelines. Label all setbacks. <br />4. Emergency Overflows — EOF's elevations same as Grading Plan. <br />5. Building pad shown. Is rear of home outside of building pad? <br />6. Driveway width — less than or equal to 18' wide at curb. Label width. <br />7. Driveway slope/grade — less than or equal to 10%. <br />8. Show all easements, curb & gutter, decks, porches. <br />9. Show locations and elevations of homes in adjacent lots. <br />10. Label existing and proposed lot corner elevations. <br />11. In difficult drainage situations, sufficiently label proposed elevations and drainage arrows. <br />Submit survey with Architectural Approval Application as required in the Architectural Guidelines. <br />NOTE: Declarant reserves the right to make amendments at any time to these Architectural and Landscape Guidelines. <br />
