CITY COUNCIL UPDATE: <br />At its April 17, 2017, meeting the City Council tabled the applications, as requested by the <br />applicant, to further review the approving conditions in the resolutions to add certainty to the <br />construction of 130th Street and development fees. The Council approved the resolution issuing a <br />negative declaration for the need of an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and approved the <br />wetland replacement plan. During the meeting the Council heard comments from the public on <br />the preliminary plat and PUD. There was concern from a resident on the tree removal on the City <br />owned property and she did not want the pond adjacent to her rear property line. <br />The application has provided a plan showing a 20 foot wide piece of property between the rear <br />lot lines and the pond. Staff is comfortable with the plan as proposed. <br />Staff has been working with the developer on the approval conditions listed in the resolutions. <br />The resolutions have been revised to refined the conditions related to the construction of 130th <br />Street and development fees. <br />
