Resolution 2017-10 <br />Page 3 <br />1. This improvement shall include increase in the forcemain <br />size that connects the development to the 130th Street lift <br />station. <br />ii. The developer shall provide one-third of the construction cost in <br />escrow money to the City or other payment method approved by <br />the City for the improvements to 130th Street per the cost sharing <br />agreement. <br />d. Prior to the issuance of a building permit for any lot north of Lot 1, Block <br />15, the entire length of Street 1 to Street 2 shall be constructed with the <br />first layer of bituminous. No lots shall be issued a building permit until <br />they are provided access to 130th Street via Street 1 and 2. <br />7. The building setbacks and impervious surface coverage requirements for the PUD are <br />as follows: <br />8. A stormwater re -use system, as shown in the plans, shall be constructed with the <br />development. The final plans shall be reviewed and approved by staff. The system <br />will be installed by the applicant, and owned/operated/maintained by the <br />homeowner's association. A stormwater reuse agreement shall be reviewed an <br />approved by staff and recoded at Washington County. <br />9. The developer has indicated that an HOA will be established for the development to <br />own/operate/maintain community areas, landscaping, and the water re -use system. <br />The HOA documents shall be reviewed and approved by staff prior to the recording <br />of the final plat for the Phase 1. <br />10.
