Greg <br />will replace Deputy Joe Zerwas, who is the new Hugo investigator. Sergeant Joe Stoehr will <br />introduce Deputy Greg Reiter to the Council. <br />F.2 Recognition of Byron Anderson for the Lifetime Achievement Award <br />Hugo resident Byron Anderson has received a Lifetime Achievement Award by the County <br />Board of Commissioners. Byron has been a leader of the Town of May 4-H Club for 45 years. <br />Council will congratulate Byron on this achievement and present him with a Certificate of <br />Appreciation for his commitment. <br />G.1 Approval of Claims <br />Staff recommends Council approve the Claims Roster as presented. <br />G.2 Approve Annual Performance Review for Utility Billing Clerk Jodie Guareschi <br />Since June 17, 2002, Jodie has worked as the City's Utility Billing Clerk in the Finance <br />Department. Jodie also works as a member of the Hugo Fire Department as a firefighter/EMS <br />responder. Finance Director Ron Otkin recommends Council approve the annual performance <br />review for Utility Billing Clerk Jodie Guareschi. <br />G.3 Approve Annual Performance Review for Public Works Worker Tom Smith <br />Tom Smith was hired by the City of Hugo on June 26, 2000. Tom has worked the past 17 years <br />on the Public Works Department team. Public Works Director Scott Anderson recommends <br />Council approve the annual performance review for Public Works Worker Tom Smith. <br />GA Approve Board of Trustees Request for Increase in Lump -Sum Pension <br />The Board of Trustees for the Hugo Firefighter's Relief Association formally requested City <br />Council ratification of an increase of $200 per year of service in their lump -sum pension benefit. <br />The Finance Department has reviewed this request and found it to be financially feasible and <br />consistent with the Pension Fiscal Policy adopted in April, 2012. Adoption of the Consent <br />Agenda ratified the Board of Trustees request for a $200 increase in their lump -sum pension <br />benefit and corresponding change to their By -Laws. <br />
