RESOLUTION 2017 - <br />APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT FOR A MINISTORAGE FACILITY TO <br />ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF SITE IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN A ROADWAY <br />AND UTILITY EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED NORTH OF 152ND <br />STREET NORTH AND EAST OF TH 61 <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Built Third Edition, LLC requested approval of an encroachment <br />agreement to allow construction of site improvements within a roadway and utility <br />easement on the property located north of 152nd Street North and east of TH 61, legally <br />described as follows; <br />See Attached. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has fully considered the request for the <br />encroachment agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the <br />encroachment agreement to Minnesota Built Third Edition, LLC to allow construction of <br />site improvements within a roadway and utility easement on the property located north of <br />152nd Street North and east of TH 61, legally described as follows; <br />ADOPTED by the City Council this 5th day of June 2017. <br />Tom Weidt, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Michele Lindau, City Clerk <br />
