8. Owners shall, at all times, use their best efforts to conduct all of their activities on <br />said Easement in such a manner as to not interfere with or impede the operation of the City's <br />Easement and related activities in any manner whatsoever, and shall follow the direction of the <br />City. <br />9. This Agreement shall run with the land and inure to the benefit and be binding <br />upon the parties hereto, their heirs, successors and assigns. <br />10.
