13. Prior to the issuance of building permits: <br />a) The developer shall file the final plat, development agreement, and associated <br />documents with Washington County. Proof of recording shall be provided to the City. <br />b) The developer shall submit three full sets of approved final plans to the City. <br />c) Prior to the issuance of a building permit for Lot 6, Block 2, and Lot 7, Block 3, the <br />City Engineer shall review and approve the grading for the lots. <br />Clearwater Cove 4th Addition <br />19 <br />
