RESOLUTION 2017 - <br />APPROVING AN ENCROACH ENT AGREEMENT FOR JAMES AND AMY <br />WEBB TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF A DECK WITHIN A DRAINAGE <br />AND UTILITY EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 5370157TH <br />STREET NORTH <br />WHEREAS, an application has been f i I ed by James and Amy Webb that requests <br />approval of an encroachment agreement to al I ow construction of a deck within a drai nage <br />and uti I i ty easement on the property I ocated at 5370 157th Street North, I egal I y descri bed <br />as f of I ows; <br />Lot 3, BI ock 4, Creekvi ew Preserve, Washi ngton County, M i nnesota <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment <br />agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF H U GO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the <br />encroachment agreement for James and Amy Webb on the property located at 5370 157th <br />Street North. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council this 19th day of June, 2017 <br />Tom Weidt, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Michele Lindau, City Clerk <br />
