HUGO BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENTS - AUGUST 25. 19.93. <br /> The regular meeting of the Board of Zoning Adjustments was called to order <br /> by Member Rubenzer at 6:30PM. <br /> PRESENT: Ellman , Rubenzer <br /> ABSENT: Barnes <br /> Motion made by Rubenzer to approve the Minutes of July 28, 1993 as <br /> amended . <br /> All aye, motion passed . <br /> VARIANCE REQUEST - GAMBONI <br /> Mr. Dick Mireault, contractor for Martin 8amboni , 14715 No. Forest Blvd . <br /> stated that they were seeking a variance to construct an addition out of <br /> the line of adjacent homes. The addition will be within the required 10' <br /> setback . The property is zoned concentrated business. <br /> Members concurred that any widening of Highway 61 would have to occur on <br /> the west side of the roadway because existing businesses are already up to <br /> the allowed setback . <br /> Motion made by Rubenzer, seconded by Ellman to approve the variance <br /> request of Martin Gamboni to construct an addition to the front of his <br /> home at 14715 No. Forest Blvd . 11 ' from the front property line. <br /> All aye, motion passed . <br /> Motion made by Ellman , seconded by Rubenzer to adjourn at 6:40PM. <br /> All aye, motion passed . <br /> Carole LaBelle, Secretary <br /> Hugo Board of Zoning Adjustments <br />
