Motion made by Goiffon , seconded by Rubenzer to approve the minutes of May
28, 1994 , as amended .

Robert and Cheryl Smith, 5905 Oneka Lk . Blvd . , have applied for a variance
to construct an addition to their existing , attached garage at their above
address, 6 feet from the west property line. A 10 ft . setback is
required .
Motion made by Goiffon , seconded by Rubenzer , to recommend approval of the
variance request of Robert and Cheryl Smith, 5905 Oneka Lake Blvd . to
construct a garage addition It ft. from the west property line.
All aye, motion passed .
Motion made by Brunotte, seconded by Rubenzer, to adjourn at 6:45PM.
