"u <br /> 1 1�:hmtn.-cY ng waSB called to order 6:05P11. <br /> PRESENT: Goiffon , Rubenzer <br /> ABSENT: Brunotte <br /> Motion made by Goiffon , seconded by Rubenzer to approve the minutes of <br /> March 22 , 1995 as amended . <br /> All aye, motion passed . <br /> Matt & Kim Muellner , 17590 Henna Ave. , have requested a variance to <br /> construct an accessory structure closer to the road than the principal <br /> residence. The building will be 513' from Henna Ave. The property is <br /> zoned agricultural and is ten acres in size. The location of the building <br /> is restricted by the area reserved for additional drainfield and the <br /> existing tree line to the north. <br /> Mrs. Muellner stated that the building would be of similar material and <br /> color to that of the house. <br /> Motion made by Goiffon , seconded by Rubenzer to recommend approval of the <br /> request for a variance for Matt and Kim Muellner to construct an accessory <br /> structure 513 ft . from Henna Ave. , between the road and the existing <br /> residence. <br /> All aye, motion passed . <br /> Charles Brimime r, 4908 120th St. , has requested a variance to construct an <br /> accessory structure 1 ,640 sq . ft. in size, combining the allowable garage <br /> size with the allowable accessory structure size of 640 sq . ft. Mr. <br /> Brimmer will remove the existing garage. The proposed building would be <br /> the same material as the residence. Mr. Brimmer is also requesting a <br /> variance to rear yard setback from 30' to 22' . <br /> Motion made by Goiffon , seconded by Rubenzer, to recommend approval of the <br /> request for a variance to combine the accessory structure and garage, <br /> 1 ,640 sq . ft . and rear yard setback of 22' . <br /> All aye, motion passed . <br /> Builders Management Services, Inc. , requested a variance to construct an <br /> advertising sign 18' in height and 8' X 8' in size, where 4' X 8' is <br /> allowed and ten feet in height . <br /> Motion made by Goiffon , seconded by Rubenzer to recommend approval of the <br /> request of BMS, Inc. to construct and advertising sign 8' X 8' in size, 18 <br /> ft . in 1eight on Lot 5, Block 3, Oneka Estates subject to the following : <br />
