The meeting was called to order by Chairman Goiffon . <br /> PRESENT : Rubenzer , Brunotte, Goiffon <br /> Motion made by Brunotte , seconded by Rubenzer to approve the minutes of <br /> August 23, 1995 as amended . <br /> All aye, motion carried . <br /> Montanari Homes, Inc . has requested a variance to install an extra wide, <br /> concrete driveway and construct a two story garage. Both levels of the <br /> garage will have overhead , garage doors. <br /> Commissioners concurred that the extra wide driveway and two story garage <br /> does not conflict with restrictive covenants . <br /> Motion made by Rubenzer , seconded by Brunotte to recommend approval of the <br /> variance request of Montanari Homes to construct a 32' wide driveway and <br /> two story garage at 8725 136th St . <br /> All aye, motion carried . <br /> Montanari Homes, Inc . has requested a variance to construct a 34' X 26' <br /> accessory structure closer to the road that the residence. The proposed <br /> building would be constructed of materials matching the home.
