MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENTS -MAY 2% 1997 <br /> The regular meeting was called to order by Vice Chairperson Andy Goiffon. <br /> PRESENT: Rubenzer, Goiffon, Ed Elliott, Carole LaBelle <br /> ABSENT: Brunotte <br /> VARIANCE REQUEST -WILSON <br /> Max and Cheryl Wilson, 14880 Homestead Avenue, are requesting to construct a 1,440 <br /> sq ft pole barn closer to the front lot line than the principal residence. The property is 20 <br /> acres in size, and is zoned Agriculture. The residence is 590 ft from the front property <br /> line. The proposed accessory building is setback 410 feet from Homestead Avenue. <br /> Construction of the accessory building in the rear of the house is constrained by wetlands, <br /> septic system placement, and topography. <br /> Mr. Wilson stated that the building will be for personal storage only. <br /> Motion made by Rubenzer, seconded by Goiffon to recommend approval of the variance <br /> request of Max & Cheryl Wilson, to place an accessory building closer to the road than <br /> the residence adistance of 410 ft from the front lot line. <br /> All aye,motion passed. <br /> VARIANCE REQUEST -DORNFELD <br /> Rom and Dave Dornfeld, 15255 Elmcrest Ave., are requesting a variance to construct an <br /> accessory building, 2400 sq ft in size, closer to the front lot line than the principal <br /> residence. The property is 11 acres in size and is zoned Agriculture. The residence is <br /> located 650 ft from the front lot line, east of Elmcrest Avenue. The accessory building is <br /> proposed 450 feet from Elmcrest Avenue.
