MINUTES <br /> HUGO BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS AND ADJUSTMENTS <br /> FEBRUARY 28,2002 <br /> Chairperson Schumann called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> PRESENT: Puleo, Schumann <br /> ABSENT: Brunotte <br /> ALSO PRESENT: John Rask, Community Development Director <br /> Michele Lindau, Secretary <br /> Minutes of October 24, 2001 <br /> Puleo made motion,Schumann seconded to approve the minutes for October 24,2001 as submitted. <br /> All Ayes. Motion carried. <br /> Juran Variance & Property Line Adiustment <br /> The Board of Zoning Adjustments considered the application of Robert and Ernestine Juran to <br /> subdivide 1.86 acres from their property at 9988 122'd Street North, which consists of 16.86 acres, <br /> and add it to the 3.06 acres owned by their son Robert Juran,Jr.,9816 122nd Street North,to create a <br /> 4.92 acre parcel. This would require a 5.08-acre variance from 10-acre minimum lot size <br /> requirement in the Agricultural district. <br /> The Board found that by allowing the relocation of the common property line it would reduce the <br /> non-conformity of one of the lots while keeping the other in compliance. <br /> Puleo made motion, Schumann seconded to recommend approval of a variance and lot line <br /> adjustment for 9988 and 9816 122nd Street north. <br /> All Ayes.
