Board of Zoning Meeting September 26,2002-page 2 <br /> City's Comprehensive Land Use Regulations require that the pole building be set <br /> back 40 feet from the side lot line. <br /> It was noted in the staff report that at the time the home was constructed the required <br /> setback was 20 feet. In 1999, the City increased the setback from 20 to 40 feet. As <br /> such, the hardship is caused by a change to the ordinance and not by the applicant. <br /> Other than the applicant, there was no one present at the meeting who wished to <br /> speak on the request. <br /> Puleo made motion, Brunotte seconded, to recommend approval of the variance for <br /> Steven Schwab. <br /> All Ayes. Motion carried. <br /> Adjournment <br /> Brunotte made motion, Puleo seconded, to adjourn at 6:44 pm. <br /> All Ayes.
