RESOLUTION 2017 - <br />APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT FOR NATHAN MATCH EY <br />TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE WITHIN A <br />DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />13546 FI ONA CIRCLE NORTH <br />WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Nathan M atchey that requests approval of <br />an encroachment agreement to al low construction of an accessory structure to be located <br />within a drainage and utility easement on the property located at 13546 Fiona Circle <br />N orth, I egal I y descri bed as fol I ows; <br />Lot 13, Block 2, Country Ponds, Washington County, Minnesota <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment <br />agreement, with the following conditions: <br />1. The exi sti ng accessory structure shal I be torn down and removed from the <br />property. <br />2. A building permit must be submitted, reviewed, and approved by the Building <br />Department, pri or to i nstal I ati on. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF H U GO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the <br />encroachment agreement for Nathan Matchey on the property located at 13546 Fiona <br />Ci rcl e North. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council this 17th day of July, 2017 <br />Tom Weidt, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Michele Lindau, City Clerk <br />
